Should the furniture fail structurally at any time during the lifetime of the original owner, because of workmanship or material, Stickley will repair or replace it at our discretion. If Stickley determines that the issue in question is covered by warranty, and that repair is impractical, you will be furnished a replacement product of the same or similar color, design, style, and quality. We’ve had this rug in our family room for about three years and it’s so beautiful and soft, it makes us smile every day. Had just a little shedding, no problems at all. The colors are so warm and inviting, the ug really makes the room!

Disappointed
This is a beautiful rug, just not worth the money. You might think you're getting a lovely plush rug, but in a few days it will shed so badly that it will look like an army of insects have stationed themselves in your living room and the rug is their mess hall. Our rug has patches where it looks like a flat weave. If we wanted a crappy-looking rug we could've gone to a box store and saved ourselves thousands of dollars. Don't bother with this one.
We were sorry to hear of the issues with your Stickley rug. It’s possible that this was shedding, a common and temporary characteristic of Himalayan wool rugs.
