What products can you purchase through Stickley’s Corporate
Trade Program?

Stickley’s Corporate Trade program gives you access to Trade pricing on all Stickley casegoods, upholstery, and rugs found on www.stickley.com.

What does the order process look like?

Currently, our process for ordering is through emailed PO to our Trade concierge. We are working towards a more automated online ordering process.

How do payments work?

Payment is accepted via credit card, ApplePay, or GooglePay through a secure payment system. We request 100% payment at the time of order OR a 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.

How does shipping work? What do you charge for freight?

All orders will ship to your warehouse or other pre-approved location. Stickley does not ship to residential addresses. If you are not located at a commercial location with a receiving dock, you will need to arrange delivery to a delivery service/receiver in your area. The freight charge is determined by the warehouse delivery location.

Is there an online portal where I can see prices?

We are working hard on a new website platform where you will be able to use an online login to access account information. Until that feature is available, pricing can be found in the price lists provided through PDF format.

Is there a field sales representative for my area?

We do not have Stickley field representatives that service our trade business. However, we have an excellent Trade Concierge who is here to help answer questions on products, provide photos, recommend product finishes and fabrics, help place orders, etc.

How do we get fabric, leather, and finish samples?

We offer memo samples of fabric, leather, and finishes if needed for a client at no charge, and we also have a wood finish set and curated trade handle of approximately 150 fabrics and leathers for purchase.
