Rich History
For more than 120 years, Stickley has stood for unparalleled American craft. And our story began with three words: “Als Ik Kan”—to the best of my ability.
Inspired by the West Coast Arts and Crafts designs of Greene & Greene, the Tsuba Manual Recliner gets its name from the black-edged cutouts on the sides in the shape of a tsuba, the decorated hand guard on a samurai sword. The reverse-tapered splayed legs and low-slung rake give this push-back recliner an edgy flair, while incised carving, cloud-lift motifs, and precise African Blackwood joint pins add a fine elegance. Solid cherry, available in four top-grain Colman leathers for Express Ship.
