FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS: You may change or cancel your online order for custom product within three business days of placing it. Since this product is made to order, cancellation made after this three-business-day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
FOR IN-STOCK PRODUCTS: The cancellation policy above does not apply to in-stock product, as we attempt to ship these orders in less than 24 hours whenever possible. Once an in-stock item has left our facility, it is considered final sale and cannot be canceled.
Return Policy:
There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise.
If you have chosen to pick up your furniture from one of our showrooms, it is your responsibility to inspect the product before you take possession. Any concerns you may have with the condition of the merchandise must be noted on the sales order at the time you take possession.
It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered customer damage and not warranted.
Arrangements will be made for noted handling damage to be corrected by a qualified furniture repair technician. We reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary and solely at our discretion.
