What’s Included in White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery is a premium service provided by authorized Stickley dealers and our delivery partners. The assigned team will bring your furniture into your home, perform any needed assembly, place the piece where you want it, and remove all packaging materials.
Note: The delivery team will not affix, mount, or hang any furniture, including mirrors; will not install the anti-tip mechanism included with your furniture; and is not permitted to remove your old furniture. You must engage a licensed professional for such installations and removals.
Delivery Methods
We employ multiple delivery paths to get your purchase to you: our own Stickley team, an Authorized Stickley dealer, our trusted white glove delivery partners, and UPS shipping for Collector’s Shop items only.
Depending on the product and your location, we will determine the most efficient delivery path and ensure a smooth transition.
Delivery Rates
Purchases made on Stickley.com are subject to the following delivery rates, which will be calculated based on your address during the checkout process:
- $299 flat-rate delivery to most continental U.S. locations, not including hard-to-access or remote areas
- $599 flat-rate delivery to hard-to-access or remote areas
- $199 delivery surcharge for overweight items (over 275 lbs. packaged weight)
- $199 delivery surcharge for overlength items (over 101 inches packaged length), excluding rugs
Delivery Timing
Because Stickley furniture is carefully hand-crafted, preparation of your piece will vary; check the product page for the timing of your specific pieces. If your order contains more than one item, the order will ship only when the item with the longest lead time is complete.
When all items in your order are ready, they will then ship from our factory to an Authorized dealer or a white glove delivery partner, involving additional transit time.
Note: Due to differences in the fulfillment process, you may be required to place separate orders based on product type.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you which partner will handle your white glove delivery. They will then contact you to schedule your delivery directly.
Please note: For hard-to-access or remote areas, shipping times may need to be extended due to logistical issues.
Delivery Cancellation Fees
If a delivery is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, the customer is responsible for any applicable delivery cancellation fees assessed by the delivery service.
Important Note: Should you refuse to pay the applicable cancellation fee for a rescheduled delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order in 10 days. In that event, you will be refunded your original purchase payment minus a 25% restocking fee, the non-refundable flat-rate shipping fee, the delivery cancellation fee, and return shipping costs.
