What is the Collector’s Club?

The Collector’s Club is a 12-month Stickley membership on Stickley.com that provides exclusive product access, year-long discounts, and other benefits.

What is the cost of Collector’s Club membership?

Collector’s Club membership fee is $99.00 per year.

Will my membership renew automatically?

Yes, your membership will automatically renew 12 months from the date of purchase unless you elect to cancel it before that date by contacting Stickley Customer Service.

What are the benefits of Collector’s Club membership?

From January 1, 2025, members of the Collector’s Club are entitled to:

  • 15% off all Collector’s Shop purchases for 12 months (discount good for Collector’s Shop only)
  • Exclusive access to pre-order Stickley’s annual Collector Edition
  • Early access to special products and offers throughout the year

What is the Collector’s Shop?

The Collector’s Shop, found on Stickley.com, is an online shop where you can purchase beautiful hardwood décor pieces that also make wonderful gifts for any occasion. All are crafted using Stickley’s time-honored techniques and materials. New items are added regularly, and the Collector’s Shop occasionally offers special pieces in very limited quantities.

How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your Collector’s Club membership, please contact Customer Service and we will expedite your cancellation. While no portion of your fee will be refunded, your canceled membership will remain active until the original 12-month period expires, at which point it will not automatically renew.

ORDERING THE 125th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTOR SERIES

What are the benefits of ordering?

When you order any piece from the 125th Anniversary Collector Series Floral Tile Collection, your piece is affixed with a hand-applied, serialized plaque that identifies it as a first factory cutting. While each item in the Floral Tile Collection includes one 4 x 4-inch Motawi tile, your pre-order will also include a second interchangeable tile that ships with the piece as a free gift with purchase.

How do I order the 125th Anniversary Collector Series pieces?

  1. If you’re already a Collector’s Club member, thank you, please proceed to step 2. If you’re not already a member, visit the 125th Anniversary Collector Series page and click the button JOIN THE COLLECTOR’S CLUB to add the membership to your cart. Complete check-out of your membership by paying the $99.00 fee, then proceed to step 2.
  2. Log in to your new or existing Collector’s Club member account on Stickley.com
  3. On the 125th Anniversary Collector Series page, click on the product of your choice. You will be taken to a page where you can add to cart and complete checkout for your FREE AUTHORIZATION CODE for that product.
  4. When you receive email confirmation of your order, it will include an ORDER NUMBER that serves as your AUTHORIZATION CODE to order a Floral Tile Collection piece.
  5. Take that email with Authorization Code to your nearest Stickley Authorized Dealer or Stickley showroom to complete your purchase from the Floral Tile Collection.
  6. For customers who live in NY, CT, MA, NJ, AND THE DENVER AREA, as well as in AREAS THAT HAVE NO DEALER OR SHOWROOM WITHIN 50 MILES, we offer the option to order online. Your Authorization Code confirmation email will be followed by one containing a link to the online purchase page.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to very limited availability of plaqued first cuttings, obtaining an Authorization Code does NOT guarantee that your piece is still available! Your purchase is not guaranteed until you place your paid order and Stickley confirms availability. To avoid missing out, be sure to complete your purchase as quickly as possible!

Is there a limit to how many 125th Anniversary Collector Series pieces I can order?

Purchase of Floral Tile Collection items with plaque is limited to three (3) per customer for each piece.

Can I order the 125th Anniversary Collector Series online?

We offer the option to order online ONLY to customers who live in NY, CT, MA, NJ, and within a 50-mile radius of our Denver, CO, distribution center, as well as in areas that have NO DEALER OR SHOWROOM WITHIN 50 MILES. If you are one of these customers, your Authorization Code confirmation email will be followed by an email containing a link to the online purchase page. Online orders will be shipped via UPS; customers in our retail areas ONLY will also be offered the option of in-store pickup.

What happens if I go to my dealer to order without an authorization code?

If you’ve purchased the Collector’s Club membership, your confirmation email contains the authorization code/order number that your dealer will need to complete your order. If you haven’t joined the Collector’s Club, you’ll be asked to go online and purchase that membership first, either on your mobile phone or possibly on an in-store computer, depending on your dealer’s capabilities. Only then will you be able to order the 125th Anniversary Collector Series.

When will my order 125th Anniversary Collector Series purchase be delivered?

Shipment of pre-orders will begin in late January 2025.

I have Stickley furniture in a different finish. Are there other finishes available beyond those shown online?

Online we’re showing our most popular oak finishes. The Floral Tile Collection can be ordered in any Stickley oak finish at your Authorized Stickley Dealer or Stickley showroom.

Is this the only way to buy the 125th Anniversary Collector Series?

Customers are free to order the 125th Anniversary Collector Series Floral Tile Collection at any time at any authorized Stickley Dealer or Stickley showroom. Pre-ordering the Collector Series with serialized plaque and free gift is an exclusive benefit of the Stickley Collector’s Club.
