Refund policy

Return Policy – Merchandise is not returnable or cancelable, and no refunds are available. No returns will be accepted for non-warranty-related reasons. If you have chosen to pick up your furniture from one of our showrooms, it is your responsibility to inspect the product before you take possession. Any concerns you may have with the condition of the merchandise must be noted on the sales order at the time you take possession. If an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before you take possession, notify the delivery team and note the damage on delivery documents. Arrangements will be made for the damage to be corrected by a qualified furniture repair technician. We reserve the right to repair or replace your furniture as deemed necessary and solely at our discretion. Any exception to the NO RETURN policy will result in a 25% restocking fee.
