Harvey Ellis is available in two woods, each with its own hand-rubbed finish options. Choose quartersawn white oak for a deeply grained, dimensional appearance, or cherry for a subtler grain, rich in patina.
Mission oak and cherry finishes have a unique clarity seldom seen in furniture today, ensuring that every detail of the wood grain is not only visible but beautifully enhanced.
Cases feature Mission-style bail pulls in dark copper, walnut knobs, or cherry knobs depending on drawer front woods.

In the early 2000’s I received a postcard in the mail from a furniture store, and this piece was featured. We lived in a small house at the time, so I tucked the card away in my idea file. I told my husband I wanted to build a house and have a place for the settee. In 2005 we did build a craftsman-style house with the foyer specifically designed to showcase the settee, and we ordered the piece with custom fabric. I love Harvey, as we call the piece, for its function and beauty. We’ve since moved from that home and still have Harvey (and the postcard) along with a few other pieces from the collection.
