Enduring tradition, superior craftsmanship, an unshakeable philosophy of excellence—these are the bedrock of the Stickley ethic, and the reason that Stickley produces America’s premium hardwood furniture and fine upholstery. Each piece is made with honor, integrity and pride which is why you can expect the finest quality with Stickley.
To the best of my ability
Our story began with three words: Als Ik Kan—”to the best of my ability.” This old Flemish craftsman’s phrase has been the guiding principle of Stickley since 1900. Gustav Stickley marked his product with the phrase to assure clients that Stickley furniture was of the finest quality, every piece made with honor, integrity, and pride.
Our tours last from 1 – 2 hours, and are free to the public. Tour participants must be at least 13 years old. If you are bringing a large group, please call ahead for reservations, but that is not necessary for fewer than eight people.
