Enduring tradition, superior craftsmanship, an unshakeable philosophy of excellence—these are the bedrock of the Stickley ethic, and the reason that Stickley produces America’s premium hardwood furniture and fine upholstery. Each piece is made with honor, integrity, and pride, which is why you can expect the finest quality from Stickley.
To the best of my ability
Our story began with three words: “Als Ik Kan”—to the best of my ability. This old Flemish craftsman’s phrase has been the guiding principle of Stickley since 1900. Gustav Stickley marked his product with these words to assure clients that Stickley furniture was of the finest quality—every piece made with honor, integrity, and pride.
Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in the region, the Fayetteville Free Library building, where The Stickley Museum is located, will be closed to the public beginning Thursday, December 17, 2020. This means that The Stickley Museum must also close. Please check back here for updates during the coming weeks.
