I bought and paid for two pillows and only received one
I talked to someone on the phone about it but have never received the second

The pillows are nice and plush, and they are an excellent match for Mission Style furnture. But $279 is excessive; that means if you get a pair of pillows for a sofa, you are spending more than half a grand.
