Arts and Crafts Rugs Complete the Picture

Darcy Smith

For lovers of Arts and Crafts, furniture alone only tells part of the story. Creating a truly immersive room environment involves a variety of decorative accents, perhaps none more important than the rug. It’s a wonderful way to introduce softness, color, and artistry inspired by some of the great influencers of this design philosophy.

Enjoy this look at a sampling of Stickley’s most beautiful Arts and Crafts creations, where you’ll see designs that honor such talents as William Morris, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Dard Hunter, and Frank Lloyd Wright. In keeping with the movement’s celebration of authentic materials and the work of the artisan, our Arts and Crafts rugs are made from the world’s finest wools and individually hand-knotted by skilled craftspeople. They can be crafted in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit your home, including square, rounds, and runners.
